Problems or Bugs » Uploading From Sprint Treo

Instead of loading up the picture I had tried posting onto Natuba, it loaded the email (which you can go view on my Natuba account page).

I'm not sure how other phone service providers sends photos from phone to email, but the way Sprint has it set up is that it includes a mini size of your picture in the body of an email informing you that someone has sent you a photo. Then what you have to do is click on the link which then leads you into a Sprint.com site where you can view the picture in a slideshow format.

Help!

I'd like to have it where when I upload a picture the only thing posted is the actual picture file.

Ok - problem solved.

I have a 755p Palm Treo:
In order to upload pictures directly from your phone to the Natuba website, you need to send an email from your phone to the unique Natuba uploading address and attach the picture file TWICE. I'm not sure if attaching it twice is necessary from all Treo's though (it could be just mine). For whatever reason, it won't recognize the first file but every file proceeding it.

Happy Uploading!

Hey monicayoo,

Regarding the problem with Sprint, at this time we're currently working with the iPhone exclusively. My girlfriend has the same problem actually, so it's definitely a known issue. I'll add it to our list in case we end up supporting other phones.

Regarding the photo only posting, that does indeed work from the iPhone. I just tried it here: http://www.natuba.com/cforsythe/photos/94oo57TURruxyguikTlXdw/

Is that what you mean?

Thanks for posting!

Oh ya, I almost forgot. It's better to post Photos and Shouts with a Title Description than not to. If you put that sort of information in, then the "Related Items" area to the right gets filled in with interesting stuff.

Putting that sort of information on your Photos or Shouts is definitely something I'd recommend doing. It just helps everyone!
