Mahi Mahi with Miso and Bok Choy
I made my own version of the famous black cod recipe from Nobu. I used mahi because was on sale. I thought I'd have a little fun with plating, too. Greek-Style Cannellini and Vegetables
Making this was a lot of fun because of all of the colors and textures. You start with white onions and garlic. Add orange carrots then red pepper. Follow that with green and yellow zucchini and then pale yellow artichoke hearts. From the Moosewood book.
