I had to leave the arm in on the left. Somehow it just brings home to me how freaking low to the ground this guy flies. In fact I got few clear shots because he was SO LOW that you couldn't seem him above the arms and hats!

Day Eleven: p90x Project
Week 2, Yoga X. Ninety minutes of contorting your body into uncomfortable and challenging poses. My arms and legs actually shake and pulsate trying to hold the pose for five breaths. An incredible sweat! Working hard. Send me some motivation.

Day 30: P90X Project
Officially 1/3 way through the program. Today was plyometrics; I set personal bests on every exercise. Here I am doing squat jacks. I feel incredibly strong. I have much more energy and my attitude is a lot more fun. I feel good. The diet is a challenge. I am committing to doing a better job with that but I am making better food choices.
