Otters - be afraid!
It is a little known fact that it is only the glass which protects you when visiting otters. They are quite vicious and can jump farther than the bunny in Monty Python. Be afraid. The "we're sleeping" and "innocent puppy dog look" are just acts. They are but feeble attempts to cover their nefarious intents. Really.

Nothing could be finer...
...than to be in South Carolina. We're road tripping to Jersey. Why? Because it's still cheaper than taking a bus for three (and safer), taking a train (which takes longer), or flying (9/11 tax, fuel tax, homeland tax, shoe tax, etc.). What's wrong with that picture?

Given gas prices, if this is their plan to be edgy and stand out from the competition, I could dig it. It looks like a ramp that curves and becomes the rooftop of the structure(pictured.) If their goal is to be the Arclight of gas stations, I wouldn't mind paying extra.

Beef with Broccoli and Snow Peas
Some broccoli, snow peas, and sauce (1/4 cup flour, 10.5 oz beef broth, 2 tbs sugar, 2 tbs soy sauce, 1/4 tsp minced ginger, 1 clove minced garlic, 2 tbs of sherry). The sauce was good, but it needs more soy sauce.
