Day Seven: P90x Project
Today I could could choose rest or stretch. As you can see I chose rest. Very tired. Weigh in = 251 lbs. Was hoping I would lose more the first week. A five pound flux either way is typical, so I may not have lost any weight. I do feel better. May just be pride. Body feels a little more taut. I will work harder next week.

It was like chili. But crunchier. :)
I found the “stuffed, deep fried avocado” quite a unique, if not heart cloggingly cheesy, dish from wherever we went last night though.
The rumor is today I may be exposed to sushi. I'm actually looking forward to that!

Unfortunately he wasn't here yet for Mardi Gras Grill. If his flight were a little later, we'd be eating Crawfish for lunch I think.
You guys don't have frito pie!!! It is all I eat. My gas stinks!
