Lori Dies
Lori dies. I managed to find a replacement battery and it appeared I had her resurrected. It required quite a bit of doing, including some not too pleasant soldering action. She managed to regain life and work for another two and a half days. Something blew in the power supply unrelated to the battery replacement. This produced a sad puff of smoke. It turned out to be a part I could not replace. The final poof of smoke indicated the ghost in the shell was gone. She passed away for the last time, September 27th 2008. This is to you Lori, the best girlfriend I ever had.

Eating bows & watching TV are better than opening presents it seems
Granddaughters 1st Christmas. She could care less about the presents and enjoyed eating the bow and watching TV more. She had a 105 degree fever the night before and spent it in the ER so her 1st Christmas wasn't a very pleasant one for her. )=
