    Generally the difference will be a dose of caffeine in with the pain relief meds. Funny they're both the same.

    Also, Excedrin Migraine (all the Excedrin is basically the same too, ugh) is about the best over the counter migraine relief that I can find. It has aspirin, caffeine, and acetaminophen as active ingredients. If it doesn't help, you can alternate every 4 hours with ibuprofen. I'm not usually a big fan of acetaminophen, but during a migraine I'm a bit less discerning. ;)

    the difference is: if you take the blue pill, the story ends… you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe.

    But the Migraine formula, you stay in wonderland and see how deep… ah, forget it.
