West Slope Bar and Grill, Portland, Oregon
Found a new hangout that's mostly dead during the day, but has free wi-fi and good cheap food. However, not sure what to call it, because it seems to have signage that starts with "west" and then has alternately "side" or "slope" and then some permutation of "bar and" or just "grill" or just "bar". Wow.

National Cycle Deflector Shield Windshield Plug Assembly
My thumb points at the hard to insert L shaped bar. This fits into the holes in the handlebar ring assemblies. My index finger is pointing at the boundary where the plug assembly fits into the ports on the windshield. Heat the 2 nipples with a hot hairdryer for 1 minute. Alternate the stream to get at all parts of the nipples. Apply steady, even pressure until you feel it "pop" in.

Could it really be a new gas station?
>> So this site has been under construction for a while. It's off La Brea + Slauson, down the street from where I live. Given gas prices, if this is their plan to be edgy and stand out from the competition, I could dig it. It looks like a ramp that curves and becomes the rooftop of the structure(pictured.) If their goal is to be the Arclight of gas stations, I wouldn't mind paying extra.

"By 1905, burlesque theatre owners formed vaudeville-style circuits of small, medium and big time theatres. Because big time burlesque companies played these theatres in regular rotations, the circuits came to be known as wheels -- the largest being the Columbia (Eastern U.S.), Mutual, and Empire (Western U.S.) wheels. Unlike vaudeville performers who sought weekly bookings as individual acts, burlesquers spent an entire forty week season touring as part of one complete troupe.
