Day One: 255 lbs P90x Project
I am at rock bottom. Worst shape in my life. Natuba please keep me motivated to get in shape. Sorry about the gross photo. Yes those are indeed Spiderman boxers. I saw the P90x commercial on tv and ordered. Let's see what happens. (inspired by natuba's johnny quest's beard growing project) please inspire me and wish me luck.

Day 24: P90X Project
No photographer today. My daughter had more important plans. Today...you guessed it Kempo X. Very light headed and nauseated. This is supposed to be a lighter week. Geeeesh.

Program is really starting to get hard now. I need a kick in the rear. No photographer today. Me and my training manual. Today was Kempo Karate. Somehow it was harder than last week.

Day 49 Thru 52: P90X Project
I broke my rhythm! This is hard. Okay, here is the story: week 8 is a rest week but you still have exercises six of the seven days. I made excuses and only got three of the six in. I did yoga, core synergistics, and yoga again..got a day of rest and then some. I missed x-stretch, core syngergistics again, and Kempo. I looked at the book and it said don't quit, get back at it. So I stumbled. Starting week nine and day 53 tomorrow. I screwed up, but not quitting. Stay after me!!! I will make up the days at the end.

Day Six: P90x Project
Kenpo X: A whole lot of punching and kicking. Lots of sweat. I was surprised how off balance I am. You can really see my gut in this picture. Last 8 minutes I felt nauseated. Haven't missed a day. Thank you for the encouragement. Keep it coming! (my daughter is forced to take these picture every day. Pity her.)

Rest Day...my favorite! Drinking lots of water. No disposable bottles. Brita. I am now under 250 lbs. Yep, I am 249! I hope I never see the 250s again, ever!!!!

Day Fourteen was a rest day. I had every intention of doing the optional stretch DVD but again opted to rest. Still woke up sore. No change in weight really. Still at/over 250lbs. Cannot wait until I am under that. Must follow the diet; simply not giving that my all.

Chest Shoulders, & Triceps. Ouch! You can see in pic I use a log sheet to record reps, and weights. Lowest weight I use is 8lbs. Highest is 40. I also use bands. I need a better assortment of weights. Four days until halfway mark.
