I solved my first Rubik's Cube
It's amazing how complex these things are. Wikipedia has lots of information on the history of the Rubik's Cube. Now I want to try the 4x4 and the 5x5. :)

This one is considerably more difficult than the standard 3x3 Rubik's Cube. I'm still trying to solve this one.

Chicken Masala (1 of 5)
We are cooking Chicken Masala tonight. Here is the cubed chicken and the marinade. We used 1 cup plain yogurt, 3 teaspoons of garam masala, 2 teaspoons of coarse black pepper, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, and 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice from our lime tree (we forgot to buy lemon juice at the store). Lisa doesn't like spicy stuff, so we left out the cayenne pepper (although it was still spicy).
