Yoga X. My wife has commented a few times that I'm looking more fit. Yes! It's aleady worth it. This Yoga position is called downward dog.

Day 48:m P90X
Yoga today. This position is an attempt at Wheel. This is a resting week. No weights or pull ups or push ups. Just yoga, cardio, and stretch; things like that. Okay all caught up now. Dieting stinks and I am still horrible at it. Big muscles from 48 days, but poor eating does not have me at any weight loss. Gotta watch what I eat. (and drink)

Day Eleven: p90x Project
Week 2, Yoga X. Ninety minutes of contorting your body into uncomfortable and challenging poses. My arms and legs actually shake and pulsate trying to hold the pose for five breaths. An incredible sweat! Working hard. Send me some motivation.

Day 49 Thru 52: P90X Project
I broke my rhythm! This is hard. Okay, here is the story: week 8 is a rest week but you still have exercises six of the seven days. I made excuses and only got three of the six in. I did yoga, core synergistics, and yoga again..got a day of rest and then some. I missed x-stretch, core syngergistics again, and Kempo. I looked at the book and it said don't quit, get back at it. So I stumbled. Starting week nine and day 53 tomorrow. I screwed up, but not quitting. Stay after me!!! I will make up the days at the end.

Day One: 255 lbs P90x Project
I am at rock bottom. Worst shape in my life. Natuba please keep me motivated to get in shape. Sorry about the gross photo. Yes those are indeed Spiderman boxers. I saw the P90x commercial on tv and ordered. Let's see what happens. (inspired by natuba's johnny quest's beard growing project) please inspire me and wish me luck.

Day Ten: P90X Project
Shoulders & arms week 2. Went after it. Did the bonus round and Ripper X. Beat last week's reps. Great workout today! Happy Independence Day. (Must eat well today despite being a holiday.)

Day Eight: P90x Project
Today was chest and back again. I use my dumbbells as pushup bars to get greater depth. I increased my reps on all pushup and pullups. Today marks start of week 2. I do same routine as last week for three weeks then start a new phase for muscle confusion. Still having loads of trouble eating well and following the diet.

I started week three today. Today was chest and back for third time. Won't see thus exercise again for six weeks. Part of the muscle confusion process. Really went after it. I felt dizzy and nauseated nearly the entire time. Photo of me doing diamond push ups.

Hey! A friend of mine says the P90X plan is the best! Her buddy is in the Navy and wants to be a SEAL, he says its the most thorough program out there!
We will know in 66 days how good it is. It is tough and a time commitment. You have to be able to give a minimum of one hour every day for 90 days. Yoga days are 90 minutes. I'm still having trouble following the diet, but doing better. I feel really strong.
