I10 + Rain = Crap
Note the other various forms of this equation: I10 + 7pm = Crap, I10 + 11am = Crap, I10 + WeekendClosure = Crap, I10 + NighlyClosureAtGestner = Crap, I10 + StateTroopers = Crap, etc.

I-10 and the Beltway 8 in Houston

Reflection on Working
This was taken during daylight hours. In the underpass below I-10 and Beltway 8 in Houston. Currently under construction. One day after flooding in the area, which is typical for this particular underpass. The bright white in the lower left is the reflective gear on the worker driving the back ho. (sp?)
