The master cleanse
First day of the master cleanse! 10 days nothing but this nasty lemonade concoction! 1liter= 7tablespoons of fresh squeeZed lemon juice, 7 tablespoons pure maple syrup, 2 tablespoons cyanne pepper add water & voilÀ!.. U can only drink 2 liters daily and rink as much water as u like!!!

Portobello salad
This is just me throwing ingredients together while they're still fresh. Pan seared portobello, feta, tomato, avocado, romaine, lemon and balsamic vinegar. The different textures really made this interesting although all the feta kind of sifted to the bottom making for a cheesy finish.

Chicken Masala (1 of 5)
We are cooking Chicken Masala tonight. Here is the cubed chicken and the marinade. We used 1 cup plain yogurt, 3 teaspoons of garam masala, 2 teaspoons of coarse black pepper, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, and 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice from our lime tree (we forgot to buy lemon juice at the store). Lisa doesn't like spicy stuff, so we left out the cayenne pepper (although it was still spicy).
