Day 48:m P90X

Yoga today. This position is an attempt at Wheel. This is a resting
week. No weights or pull ups or push ups. Just yoga, cardio, and
stretch; things like that. Okay all caught up now. Dieting stinks and
I am still horrible at it. Big muscles from 48 days, but poor eating
does not have me at any weight loss. Gotta watch what I eat. (and drink)
