Antique Spinning Wheel
Here's the entire spinning wheel. It must date back to the 1800's. It's fancy as far as primitive wheels go. It still has the pencil marks on it from where the carpenter marked the cuts.

Antique Spinning Wheel
Here is the antique spinning wheel I won from eBay. It's very old, but with some teflon tape and adjusting, I was able to spin some wool yarn. It's a miracle, because it's so old!

Tigone and Bessie
Bessie was rescued from a fenced parking lot near downtown San Antonio. She was sick, dirty, dehydrated and pregnant. After an emergency spay and a little TLC, she cleaned up nicely. She is currently living a life of luxury in our small pack.

I hate that this came out blurry. The stairs are made out of stripped cedar posts, then sanded and varnished. It's much prettier than the picture.

What great creatures they are. You'll never have a tick around as long as those guineas on the loose. But they sure do change as they grow up. Not near as cute when they are adults. But what creature is?
