Today was chest, back, ab-ripper X. Very tough workout. Over one hour.
Will post weight once a week. More worried about eating correctly than
the exercise. Very sore. Photi: Me trying to do more pull-ups.
Difficult thing to do.

Day 36: P90X Project
Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps. Here I am working my triceps. Also did Ab Ripper X. My mind hasn't been in my last workouts. Gotta straighten that out quick.

Mounted Calvery
I got to ride a horse through Hyde Park in London. It was about a one hour ride. Lots of fun. Soreness, not so fun. The horses didn't like "new" things in the park and would avoid them like the plague.

Day Five: P90X Project
Today I did Legs and Back and Ab Ripper X. Lots of pull ups and squats I felt very nauseated. Thought I was going to hurl. Didn't. (I biked with my friends earlier this morning. I guess I over did it. Regardless, I finished and am proud I haven't missed a day.)

Day Fourteen: P90x Project
Day Fourteen was a rest day. I had every intention of doing the optional stretch DVD but again opted to rest. Still woke up sore. No change in weight really. Still at/over 250lbs. Cannot wait until I am under that. Must follow the diet; simply not giving that my all.

When timed correctly, this phrase is definitely a show-stopper. Old, but certainly still gets the point across.

Diet is always the hardest part!
I always wanted a pull up bar in my house, but I'm afraid I'd destroy my door frame. I've had visions of me struggling to pull myself up and falling flat on my ass. Hmmm, maybe I should do that, it would make a great YouTube video. ;)
P90X is great, but I am starting with the beginner Power 90 In-Home Boot Camp. P90X is a little extreme for me since I never really been very active, I need to work my way up to it. So far so good with the diet plan alone I have lost already 2 belt notches in 2 weeks. The Boot Camp has very good instructions on what to eat every day which had always been my problem. Will start the core in a couple weeks.
I didn't know there was a less intense version. Crap! Well, I'm in it now. I wish you luck too. Consistency and the diet are my biggest concerns. Eons ago I did triathlons. I enjoy challenges and goals. This will be tough. Thanks for your inspiration!
