I missed witnessing the accident by literally 30 seconds. I ran up to this crosswalk just as the train had stopped... unfortunately, someone else had walked up to the crosswalk just *before* the train had stopped. Saw the body. Scammers Scammed

These girls were pumping dollar after dollar into this machine when finally they got something. You'll notice though that the bear isn't in the claw, but rather the tag got caught on the claw's arm. Several people have been tugging on the machine for the past few minutes trying to get it to drop the bear. Meanwhile, the other girls are upset that the machine is out of order, they have quarters to spend...

Between 1989 en 1990 he spent a lot of time in Amsterdam, studying the work of Vincent Van Gogh. In the nineties his work evolved to more abstract art. In December 1998 he exposed his abstract work for the first time in the Musée de la Porte of Tubize (Belgium). Phébus currently lives and works in Brussels.
