Week 2, Yoga X. Ninety minutes of contorting your body into
uncomfortable and challenging poses. My arms and legs actually shake
and pulsate trying to hold the pose for five breaths. An incredible
sweat! Working hard. Send me some motivation.

      Yep, it is a DVD series called P90X from www.beachbody.com. There is a popular infomercial on television advertising the program. It's an intense ninety day program. The program is based on intensity, variety, and muscle confusion. The trainer on the DVD is Tony Horton. I like it. I hope I get some good results.
