Mahi Mahi with Miso and Bok Choy
I made my own version of the famous black cod recipe from Nobu. I used mahi because was on sale. I thought I'd have a little fun with plating, too. Making I look pretty is a lot harder than you'd think. I've got a ways to go on that part. Plating and presentation is so much harder than the cooking and flavor part. Thanks, He did put a up a great fight. It took about 10 mins to reel him in. The waves out at sea were 4 to 6 feet. I got soaked. But It's 6:58 in Kauai and im about to cook the Mahi Mahi on the grill. Wish you guys were here.
