A reason to hate me
The MacBook Pro showed up yesterday. I wasn't able to get Teleport or QuickSynergy to work out of the box. I configured Synergy by hand and now I'm able to mouse across all four screens: the MacBook Pro + monitor, Mac mini on the second screen, Gentoo laptop.

Zack's nuts. He's going to get a vet to embed this RFID sensor in his hand.
It's so he can unlock his custom home security system with a wave of his hand. In spite of the note (which is basic CYA by the mfg.) he says this is safe.

Daughter was on the trampoline and I was watching her while downloading some photographs to my laptop. Ended up leaving it outside on a bench… Luckily, it's working again!
