Day Eight: P90x Project

Today was chest and back again. I use my dumbbells as pushup bars to
get greater depth. I increased my reps on all pushup and pullups.
Today marks start of week 2. I do same routine as last week for three
weeks then start a new phase for muscle confusion. Still having loads
of trouble eating well and following the diet.
