I had complained about the lack of Tintin, despite the talk of Tintin on Yelp and Citysearch. After dinner, Stave went to the bathroom, and demanded I check it out. Sure enough, Tintin artwork along the hallway leading to the bathroom, racks of Tintin books, a display case of Tintin items, Tintin signs to indicate which was the men's room and which was the ladies' room, and the bathroom itself was full of Tintin art. Awesome!

Petit souvenir d'un salon sous le soleil et sous la pluie ! Décidément, le printemps 2008 n'est pas un printemps tel que s'en souviennent les Provençaux de longue date. Dérèglement climatique ? Probablement. Mais les contacts furent nombreux : un vrai succès !

Entrance to medina and Riad
This was the near unmarked entrance to the tiny passegway leading to our Riad. When the petit taxi first dropped us off, it was with a leap of faith that we were in the right place. Later, I took this picture in case we needed to find our way back with the sign to the restaurant our only landmark as to the correct opening.
