Mahi Mahi with Miso and Bok Choy
I made my own version of the famous black cod recipe from Nobu. I used mahi because was on sale. I thought I'd have a little fun with plating, too. Making I look pretty is a lot harder than you'd think. I've got a ways to go on that part. Plating and presentation is so much harder than the cooking and flavor part. I Got a New Grill!
It's a Ducane Affinity 3400. 3 burners plus a side burner, rotissere attachment, smoker box, and a warming rack. This baby is basically a Weber without the brand name and the price. It's built and supported by Weber, and is packed with features that you could never get in a Weber for the price. The steaks were extra good tonight! :)
