The entire time I was on the 102nd floor of the Empire State Building, which is the highest point you can possibly be in New York, I had no cell phone reception. Another guy up there was using Verizon and had no reception either. Weird...

Day Seven: P90x Project
Today I could could choose rest or stretch. As you can see I chose rest. Very tired. Weigh in = 251 lbs. Was hoping I would lose more the first week. A five pound flux either way is typical, so I may not have lost any weight. I do feel better. May just be pride. Body feels a little more taut. I will work harder next week.

Day 45: P90X Project
Half way through the program. I'll send a pic of me when my photographer wakes up. This is a pic of a $15 pull up bar I bought at Wal Mart. Installs in a door frame. I put ours in a bathroom closet door. You have to have a pull up bar to do the program. (No I couldn't do one at first either.) They show you the secret. Goals for next 45 days: eat better, work EVEN HARDER!!!
