Pollo Asado El Norteno. This bus taco truck parks on Gessner in West Houston. It is just so over the top compared to many of the trailers or small converted RVs that I just had to photograph it. I haven't seen smoke-stacks like that since the Titanic went down.
Referencing my blog post on Labor Day, here is an example of a family that is just doing it. Awesome.
