Chicken Masala (4 of 5)
Cooking the sauce (simmer for 20 min, add the chicken, simmer another 10 min). It’s 4 teaspoons of garam masala, 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 clove of minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. The small pot is full of Jasmine rice.

If this was the before, this is the after. What a difference some warm food makes, eh? Their hot black tea was frakking awesome.

Chicken Masala (1 of 5)
We are cooking Chicken Masala tonight. Here is the cubed chicken and the marinade. We used 1 cup plain yogurt, 3 teaspoons of garam masala, 2 teaspoons of coarse black pepper, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, and 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice from our lime tree (we forgot to buy lemon juice at the store). Lisa doesn't like spicy stuff, so we left out the cayenne pepper (although it was still spicy).

Washup Washes Your Clothes...Then Flushes Your Toilet
I like the concept behind this. Small space apartment dwellers would appreciate the utility of having a washing machine option in their bathroom (we know we would). But then again, the toilet in the concept photo above looks like it's giving a piggyback ride to a reject from The Transformers...

Zack's nuts. He's going to get a vet to embed this RFID sensor in his hand.
It's so he can unlock his custom home security system with a wave of his hand. In spite of the note (which is basic CYA by the mfg.) he says this is safe.
