Zack's nuts. He's going to get a vet to embed this RFID sensor in his hand.

You can change the title and description after the new image is saved.
It's so he can unlock his custom home security system with a wave of
his hand. In spite of the note (which is basic CYA by the mfg.) he
says this is safe.

Test photo after cleaning the sensor with my new Delkin SensorScope. I see a slight smudge up near the upper left, but it isn't anything serious at this time.

When you wave your hand in front of the sensors the scorpion strikes. There is a touch sensor on the end so that it immeadiately rebounds.

I think I have picked my start page and all because of the handy dandy audio player up top. Unlike pageflakes, you can switch tabs and still listen to things, and you can embed your own widgets which is nice

The sign on the urinal reads, "Automatic infrared flush sensors also provide video monitoring for security purposes"

My poor 15 year old cat suffered a stroke today. She lost the use of her left paw, so the vet put a splint on the leg for now. Note: she is not the bird-hunting cat.

Good news... Last week, the splint came off the left leg and she was walking fine and was acting normal! :-) Bad news... This morning she came in and she could walk on her right paw, same problem as last time. :-( Vet's not sure what's wrong with her.

Um, have you considered referring him to a good shrink? seriously.
At the very least, it will be interesting to see his immune system's response. I look forward to THOSE pictures, and the subsequent Darwin awards nomination.
Zack's pretty thoroughly checked this out and everything appears to be pretty safe, health-wise. He hasn't actually done it yet, so we'll see if he ends up going through with it. But yeah, the idea of embedding an RFID tag in your body is pretty wild.
