So this site has been under construction for a while. It's off La Brea + Slauson, down the street from where I live. Given gas prices, if this is their plan to be edgy and stand out from the competition, I could dig it. It looks like a ramp that curves and becomes the rooftop of the structure(pictured.) If their goal is to be the Arclight of gas stations, I wouldn't mind paying extra.

I Got a New Grill!
It's a Ducane Affinity 3400. 3 burners plus a side burner, rotissere attachment, smoker box, and a warming rack. This baby is basically a Weber without the brand name and the price. It's built and supported by Weber, and is packed with features that you could never get in a Weber for the price. The steaks were extra good tonight! :)
