Today I did Legs and Back and Ab Ripper X. Lots of pull ups and
squats I felt very nauseated. Thought I was going to hurl. Didn't.
(I biked with my friends earlier this morning. I guess I over did it.
Regardless, I finished and am proud I haven't missed a day.)
